1 carrots medium, diced
2 celery ribs diced
1 yellow onion medium, chopped
1 potatoes medium, cubed
2 cups corn kernels I cooked our corn beforehand and then cut the kernels off
2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1 cup non dairy milk as previously stated, we used a coconut-almond combo
