1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
2 tbsps ground flax + 6 tablespoons water
1 cup kale destemmed and finely chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats ground into a flour, use certified gluten-free if necessary
1/2 cup sweet potatoes finely grated
1/4 cup oil finely chopped, packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves finely chopped
2 tbsps diced onions finely
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp tahini paste runny
1 1/2 tsps dried oregano
1 1/2 tsps white wine vinegar or red
1/2 tsp fine sea salt or to taste
3 tbsps gluten free all purpose flour I used King Arthur or regular all-purpose flour
