2/3 cup pepper diced, sweet, bell... whatever suits your fancy
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes diced
2/3 cup kalamata chopped
3 tbsps juice /oils from tomatoes and olives
parsley generous sprinkle of, I used dried, but you can use fresh if you have it
