5 ozs kale mixed baby, or chopped kale leaves, I used Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Kales.
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut into slices
1/3 cup kalamata cut into slices
2 ozs feta cheese crumbled, I used My Favorite Feta Cheese.
2 tbsps vinaigrette dressing Use purchased vinaigrette or your favorite homemade vinaigrette.
2 tsps lemon juice fresh-squeezed
1/4 tsp oregano dried Greek
ground black pepper fresh, to taste
