Ingredients

4 pork sirloin chops boneless, my pork weighed 1 1/2 pounds before trimming
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
1 tsp lemon zest fresh, or use 1/2 tsp. dried lemon peel
2 tsps oregano dried Greek, You can also use 2 T minced fresh Greek oregano, but I often use dried herbs in a marinade like this.
2 tsps garlic minced fresh, or use 1 tsp. dried granulated garlic
ground black pepper fresh, to taste, I used about 1/2 tsp.
