2/3 cup agave nectar
2 free-range eggs organic, beaten, or Ener-G Egg Replacer
1/2 cup apple juice cider, or orange juice, start with less, add more as needed
1 1/2 cups gluten free blend I used GF buckwheat/sorghum/tapioca starch
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice or cardamom
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves or more ginger
3/4 cup fresh cranberries chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup raisins golden or dark, I used dark but wished I'd had golden
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips if you like pumpkin + chocolate
