3/4 cup red bell pepper chopped, a little over 1/2 of a medium
2 cloves garlic minced
29 ozs diced tomatoes petite
15 ozs tomato sauce
1 beef broth 14.5 can
2 1/2 tbsps fresh parsley chopped, plus more for garnish
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 cup brown rice or uncooked long grain white, I've tried and like both
