Ingredients

2 tbsps lemon juice fresh-squeezed, I use my fresh-frozen lemon juice
2 tbsps feta cheese crumbles finely-
5 ozs kale leaves baby
10 ozs greens any type of, that appeals to you
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 cup cucumber chopped
6 ozs olives drained and cut in half, I used regular black olives; Kalamata olives would also be great for this salad.
1/2 purple onion peeled and cut into thin lengthwise slivers
