1 butternut squash large, cut into 3/4 by 2 1/2 inch wedges
2 purple onion large, cut into 1 1/2 inch wedges
3 1/2 tbsps olive oil
3 1/2 tbsps tahini paste
1 1/2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
2 tbsps water plus more if needed
1 garlic glove, minced
3 1/2 tbsps pinenuts don't skip the pine nuts - they are great in this dish
1 tbsp thyme za'atar, I used a combination of, salt and toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp honey not in original recipe
