1 in sweetener
3/4 cup stevia
2 tbsps brown sugar or use 2 T more Splenda if you want even less sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves cloves are a strong flavor, some people may prefer to leave out
1 1/2 tsps baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups Fuyu persimmons grated, about 5-6 persimmons
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp vanilla
