1/4 cup corn starch or another starch if you can’t have corn
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
8 tbsps unsalted butter at room temperature
2 eggs 120 g, weighed out of shell at room temperature, beaten
1/2 cup milk at room temperature
16 ozs cream cheese at room temperature
7 1/2 ozs pumpkin purée half of a 15-ounce can pure

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsps pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp corn starch or another starch
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
