3 carrots large, sliced
1 butternut squash small, peeled and cubed
8 ozs onion peeled cipollini, Trader Joe's sells them peeled!
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper freshly
2 cups green beans cut into bite sized pieces
3 tbsps butter or Earth Balance
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk I used 2% because that's what I had, use what you have on hand
1 tbsp flat leaf parsley chopped
1 tsp thyme chopped
5 sheets phyllo dough
cooking spray or melted butter
