2 bunches radishes I used French Breakfast and Easter Egg radishes
2 shallots large, sliced very thinly
2 strips bacon slivered into thin pieces
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar good quality
1/2 cup water I only needed 1/4 cup
1/2 Italian parsley leaves a small bunch of, chopped into a small handful
kosher salt to taste
cracked black pepper freshly, to taste
