1 sweet onion chopped
3 carrots chopped
1 tbsp cumin
3 tbsps chili powder
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch cayenne
1 can black beans each:, white kidney beans, red kidney beans, rinsed, I used 1 large mixed can
2 tsps oregano
1 can mushrooms organic, drained
1 lime optional, I didn’t include
2 tbsps seeds CHIA, it thickens up the sauce soooo much!
