3 garlic cloves organic
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt Pink, AVOID STANDARD TABLE SALT
1 tbsp dijon mustard smooth Organic
1 tbsp dijon mustard whole grain Organic
3 tbsps soy sauce naturally fermented, I found this at a farmer's market in Portland, I would avoid store bought soy sauce because of the poor ingredient profile
1/2 cup blood orange juice freshly squeezed organic, about 2 -3 oranges
1 tbsp white wine
3 tbsps olive oil organic
3 sprigs thyme fresh organic, home grown is best
2 blood orange organic, sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
3 tbsps flour all purpose organic, for gravy
4 organic carrots large, cut in half and quartered lengthwise
2 leeks or a bunch of baby leeks, cut into 2 inch pieces and halved lengthwise if thick, If you can't find locally grown or organic leeks, try locally grown or organic fennel/anise
2 cups mushrooms washed with ends removed
2 tbsps virgin olive oil organic
