1/4 cup raw buckwheat groats or toasted groats for an earthier flavour
1/4 cup oats
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 water + tbsp, 30+ ml
12 ozs extra firm tofu or block firm, pressed
2 tbsps unsweetened almond milk or other unsweetened non-dairy milk
4 tbsps fresh dill 30 ml-60ml
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt 3.75 ml + 1.25 ml
black pepper to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 cups sliced mushrooms equal to one 7 oz, 200g package or 14 small-medium sized mushrooms
1/4 cup purple onion 6o ml, finely chopped, about ¼ large onion
3 cloves garlic minced
1 roma tomatoes diced, with seeds removed, or sub with ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper
2 cups baby spinach chopped, with stems removed
