1/2 vanilla beans split open and seeds scraped out
5 tbsps butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar sifted
1/2 cup almond flour sifted
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 egg whites lightly beaten with a fork until foamy
1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/3 cup red currants
white rice flour *You can substitute, with all-purpose flour
