1/4 lb green beans String end removed
1 red pepper Chopped
4 brussels sprouts Medium to Large, deconstructed
1 tbsp olive oil
sea salt or Kosher, to sprinkle lightly on these ingredients
4 cups arugula Chopped
1/2 avocado Chopped
2 green onions Chopped
1 cup quinoa Quinoa
1 tbsp coconut oil melted. I melt mine in the microwave.
2 garlic cloves finely Chopped
2 tbsps pumpkin purée not the pie filling
1 tsp rubbed sage or 1/4 teaspoon Dried Ground Sage
sea salt or Kosher, to taste
ground black pepper Freshly, to taste
