2 1/2 tsps active dry yeast
I use an organic round yeast instead of the rod type. I buy it in bulk at my local natural food store - just be sure your yeast is fresh and alive.
1 1/2 tsps xanthan gum
in addition to whats already in the GF Flour Mix
or you can add sweet, seasonings to taste
