3 celery ribs minced yielding about 1 1
7 cloves garlic cloves peeled and minced
1 bunch parsley minced yielding 1
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary minced
1/4 tsp fresh thyme
1/4 tsp fresh marjoram didn, growing so we used fresh oregano instead which has a similar flavor
