6 slices bacon thick, or less
1/2 cup slivered almonds or less
1/2 cup dried cranberries or less
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese coarsely, or less
2 tbsps bacon grease from pan drippings, or replace with additional olive oil
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsps lemon juice fresh-squeezed, I used my fresh-frozen lemon juice
2 tsps maple syrup or use sugar-free maple syrup if you prefer
