4 eggs
6 slices applewood smoked bacon I’m sure you could use whatever bacon you usually use, but this is just especially delicious
4 cups baby spinach
1 tsp ground mustard coarsely, I use Zatarain’s Creole Mustard; Walmart of all places has an excellent house brand
2 ozs goat cheese crumbled
toasted baguette slices, I used a sourdough baguette and I wasn’t sorry
