1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
2 large eggs room temperature
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
2 tsps gin
1 tbsp vermouth
2/3 cup juice cucumber, for the batter + 3/4 cup cucumber juice for infusing the cupcakes after they are out of the oven, I used about two cucumbers and got the juice by using a juicer. If you don't have a juicer, you can still make cucumber juice following the directi
