Ingredients

1/4 cup flour I used white whole wheat but may be omitted
2 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
12 cups vegetable broth or water, I used water
3 celery ribs, finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 head cabbage finely chopped
1 lb turnip greens chopped, I used frozen
1 cup parsley minced, packed
10 ozs collard greens trimmed and chopped, about 6 cups chopped
1 tbsp hot sauce optional
1 tsp liquid smoke or to taste
black pepper salt and, to taste
3 cups beans
1 lb tofu
2 tbsps soy sauce reduced sodium
1 tbsp agave nectar
1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbsps water
4 drops toasted sesame oil optional, but good
3 tsps Louisiana Hot Sauce I used 1 tbsp. of Cajun Power, which is not as hot as Tabasco, though more flavorful
1 pkg tempeh I used LightLife Flax tempeh, cut into 1/4-inch slices
cajun seasoning Optional:, blend
