1 tsp minced garlic finely
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves chopped, other herbs such as oregano or basil could be used, but I would not use dried thyme
4 eggs
2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese freshly, or more
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives optional, but the chives were great in this
