3 ozs tofu slice of leftover Baked, browned and cut into cubes
1 oz halloumi cheese slice, browned and cut into cubes
4 tomatoes small, cut into pieces
2 tbsps salad dressing your choice, I used purchased blue cheese dressing
ground black pepper Fresh, to taste
