11 ozs mandarin oranges slices, well drained, I use fresh if they are in season
8 ozs pineapple tidbits, well drained, If you can’t find the tidbits, use pineapple chunks and cut them into thirds.
1/4 cup cocktail cherries halved, well drained, optional
eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 cup chopped nuts choice
