4 cups vegetable stock salt-free
2 potatoes large, peeled and roughly chopped, about 1 pound or 500g
1 1/2 tsps sea salt omit if using commercial stock
1 cup cream fresh
1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
1 tsp truffles white, spread
