peanut butter 1/4 cup natural, low sugar
2 tbsps rice vinegar not seasoned
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsps Sriracha
2 cups napa cabbage shredded, or cabbage, original recipe used coleslaw mix, which would be great in this
1 cup sugar pea or more sliced
1/4 red bell pepper thinly sliced
3 scallions cut in thin diagonal slices
2 tbsps sesame seeds I used black sesame seeds, but white ones would also be good
