1 cup pecans
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup coconut syrup you can use agave syrup or honey too
1 cup dates
1/2 cup almond milk you can use water or other non dairy milk
2 tbsps cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps raisins optional, I didn’t have any, so I didn’t use them
2 tbsps chopped walnuts optional
1 cup cashew nuts soaked
1/4 cup coconut oil
6 tbsps lemon juice
2 tsps stevia optional
10 drops vanilla essence I recommend to use vanilla bean
water if needed
