4 cups napa cabbage coarsely cut, or white cabbage
1 onion large, chopped
1 bell pepper or chilies coarsely chopped or sliced
2 inches ginger grated
3 cloves garlic grated
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsps soy sauce
2 cloves garlic chopped coarsely or garlic powder
4 tbsps soy sauce to taste
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tbsp chinese rice wine or Sherry
2 tbsps hoisin sauce
2 sambal chile paste Thai Chili Garlic, such as Sambal Oelek, adjusted to taste
1/2 cup boiling water reserved from cooking pork
