Ingredients

17 1/2 peperoncini large, drained well and sliced, I used Mezzetta Greek Peperoncini which I buy at Costco.
1 can black olives your choice, drained, 6 oz. drained weight
2 cups diced tomatoes drained if they're juicy garden tomatoes
2 cups cucumber diced
1/2 cup purple onion
1 strip green onions
4 ozs feta cheese cut into cubes
ground black pepper fresh, to taste
1 tbsp brine Peperoncini
1 tbsp lemon juice I used my fresh-frozen lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano dried Greek
black pepper to taste
