1/4 cup ketchup
3 tsps corn starch
2 tbsps peanut oil
1 white onion medium, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 bell pepper green, red, yellow or orange or a combination cut into 1 inch pieces
8 ozs water sliced water chestnuts in water, drained
20 ozs pineapple chunks in juice, drained and juice reserved
18 cocktail cherries drained and patted dry
1 green onions thinly sliced on the diagonal for garnish
