1 yellow squash chopped
1 zucchini chopped
1 bunch kale large center stems removed, then chopped
14 1/2 ozs beans cannelini
3 cups water
1 bunch parsley chopped
1/4 tsp cayenne
3 tsps kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper freshly
4 tbsps butter
4 tbsps flour
1 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsps butter cut into small chunks
1 cup milk I used skim and it turned out fine
1/2 cup gouda shredded
