8 ozs whole wheat spaghetti broken into thirds, I love Garofalo Organic Whole Wheat Italian Spaghetti
1 tsp salt for pasta cooking water
3 tsps olive oil depending on your pan
2 tbsps minced garlic or less
1 pkg Italian turkey sausage 5 links - 1 1/2 lb. Sweet
3 cups pasta sauce homemade or jarred, use the lowest sugar pasta sauce you can find if you're using sauce from a jar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp italian seasoning a blend of dried basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram, and rosemary
1 1/2 cups low fat mozzarella grated, or more, depending on how much comfort you need!
