14 3/4 ozs artichok heart marin reserve liquid
1 cup pepper roasted, diced, I used red and yellow
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil rough chopped
1/2 cup kalamata rough chopped
2 tbsps capers
3 cups cooked chicken diced, leftover chicken or a deli rotisserie chicken work well
1 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
