2 ears corn grilled, or 1 cup or so frozen kernels
1 avocado cubed
1 pt cherry tomatoes quartered
1/4 cup purple onion diced
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
cilantro to taste, chopped, we use about 1/4 cup as a starting point
3 tbsps lime juice
3 tbsps olive oil I usually "splash" in place of measuring
