5 1/2 ozs v 8 juice Spicy, vegetable juice
2 pinches salt
1 pinch black pepper
2 tbsps worcestershire sauce Lea & Perrins is GF in the U.S.
1/2 lemon
2 tbsps fresh basil chopped
4 tbsps vodka or tequila, or more or less depending on your tastes
horseradish sauce recipe follows
chives for garnish – optional
1 cup sour cream
6 ozs goat cheese – room temperature
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsps herbs chopped fresh, – I like basil, thyme and parsley but use any combo you like
