2 tbsps ketchup all-natural or organic
8 ozs soba noodles or whole wheat capellini, angel hair pasta
1 lb asparagus with tough ends removed, cut into about 1 – 2-inch pieces, to equal about 2 cups
2 cups carrots matchstick
