Ingredients

1 lb cooked shrimp frozen, thawed overnight in refrigerator, I used 26/30 size shrimp, but smaller ones would be fine too.
1 cup chopped celery finely
1/2 cup green onions thinly sliced
3 tbsps mayonnaise
2 tbsps mayonnaise light, or use all regular mayo if you prefer
1 tbsp shrimp concentrated, "juice"
1 tbsp lemon juice fresh-squeezed
