1 cucumber large, peeled and cut into chunks
3 cucumber smaller, peeled leaving stripes of skin, sliced into coins
1/2 purple onion a medium, diced fine, to taste
1 heirloom tomatoes large ripe, mine was yellow and ruby pink gorgeous, seeded and diced
1 tbsp olive oil good tasting
2 tsps agave nectar raw organic, or more to taste
1 pinch sea salt or to taste, you can always add more- don't add too much
ground pepper Fresh, to taste
