1 tbsp honey organic, paleo, or for low carb version use 1 tsp liquid stevia.
1 tsp vanilla extract organic GF, *optional.
1/3 cup raisins golden or dark, unsulphured, or for lowest carb, omit raisins and make plain bagels * optional, can omit raisins for making plain bagels.
