1 can salmon 7 oz.
1/4 cup almond meal almonds crushed to the consistency of cornmeal
2 tbsps wheat bran or use 1 T more almond meal for gluten-free version
3 1/2 tbsps green onions finely sliced and chopped
1 tbsp capers drained, finely chopped
1/2 tsp rub fish, I used Pride of Szeged Fish Rub, but use any fish rub or fish seasoning blend that you like the flavor of
2 eggs
2 tsps olive oil or more, depending on your pan
1 tsp butter
