1 lb top sirloin steak sliced as thinly as possible
1 onions small, sliced into very thin strips
2 tbsps corn starch divided
6 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp ginger freshly grated
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chinese rice wine mirin or dry sherry, I use this one found in the Asian section of the grocery store
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsps Sriracha /Asian hot chile sauce**
2 tbsps sesame oil divided
1 zucchini thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced into ¼ strips
1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced into ¼ strips
2 cups mushrooms sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
