1 1/2 tbsps shrimp dried, soaked in warm water and then rinsed
2 tbsps sambal chile paste paste, if you like spicy, use 2 tablespoons
1/4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp fish sauce or to taste
2 tbsps oil
20 dried chile seeded and soaked to soften
10 red chili peppers fresh, seeded and sliced
8 shallots peeled and chopped
4 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
6 tbsps cooking oil
