2 onions minced
1 tomatoes pureed
1 tbsp tomato paste or sauce
1 tbsp butter ghee, or oil
1 tsp chili powder use Kashmiri chilli powder for better results
1 tsp garam masala or chicken masala
1 pinch kasuri methi / dried fenugreek leaves
1 cup milk
3 tbsps cream or pureed cashew paste, soak and grind cashew nuts
2 tsps salt adjust to taste
1 bunch coriander leaf / cilantro, for ganish
