1 cup vegetable broth I used No-Chicken broth by Imagine Foods
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsps soy sauce
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning or blend of ground thyme and sage
1 onion large, chopped
1 celery chopped
2 tsps garlic minced
6 ozs mushrooms chopped
1 1/2 tsps thyme
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp salt optional
1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 onion small, minced
tofu extra, from making Stuffed Tofu
1 clove garlic minced
5 mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup white flour unbleached, or gluten-free flour of choice
marinade tofu
1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup soy milk plain
1 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp seasoning Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper, to taste
