1/2 cup coconut flour Best deal I’ve found
1/4 cup honey Raw is best, if you can afford it
1/4 cup orange juice I found that this was approximately the amount I got from juicing one orange. I am not recommending store-bought orange juice.
1/4 cup cranberries
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
orange zest – however much you’re able to get is fine.
