Ingredients

3 inches bananas section of a, freeze the rest for smoothies
3 tbsps flour use any kind you like – for these I used 2 tbsp whole wheat & 1 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour, but I liked them better with unbleached all purpose flour & oat flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
Less than 1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp almond milk or whatever milk you like
vanilla a small splash of
16 bittersweet chocolate chips Ghirardelli, 1.5 tsp of sugar – use fewer if you want to limit that amount
chopped walnuts sprinkle of
ground flaxseed optional: sprinkle some, in there if you got it… why not!
