1 avocado sliced
1/2 mango sliced
1/3 english cucumber sliced
4 ozs salmon raw sushi grade, cut in long thin slices, optional
1/2 lemon half sliced thinly
2 scallions finely diced
sesame seeds for garnish
coconut aminos or nama shoyu for dipping
1/2 head cauliflower
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 in ginger shaved
1 tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar if you are worried about 100% raw, sub raw apple cider vinegar
3 drops raw honey to taste
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 pepper
1/2 cup coconut cream cream removed from top of refrigerated can of coconut milk
1 tsp Sriracha adjust to how spicy you like it
1/2 lemon
1 pinch sea salt and pepper
